Inter Parfums, Inc. in exclusive fragrance license negotiations with Salvatore Ferragamo SpA
NEW YORK–(COMMERCIAL THREAD) – Inter Parfums, Inc. (NASDAQ GS: IPAR) announced today that it is engaged in ongoing exclusive negotiations with Salvatore Ferragamo SpA to become the global and exclusive licensee of the Ferragamo fragrance brand.
The structure of the proposed operation aims to give new impetus to the perfumery activity, preserving the values and heritage of the brand, with Made in Italy products and selective distribution around the world in line with the positioning of the brand.
Closure is subject to the signing of definitive agreements.
