Joe Budden launches “Fresh & Fit” podcast

When it comes to podcasting, Joe Budden certainly knows a thing or two. Thus, when he calls the hosts of the Fresh and fit podcast “too ignorant, inexperienced, insecure, fragile and weak” in regards to their controversial latest interview, there’s a point to be made.

In case you missed the story, the Fresh and fit The podcast was the subject of slander on social media earlier this week for mistreating their guest Asain Doll. During her appearance, one of the hosts, Myron Gaines, spoke disrespectfully to Asian Doll, which caused her to exit the episode.

Gaines was then dragged to social media both for his statements to Asian Doll and for his past remarks about how he didn’t find black women attractive.

Seeing enough jokes, Joe Budden offered a few words about the situation.

“Now I don’t normally ‘repost another pod’ because 1. I just don’t do it, and 2. some things just aren’t worth highlighting, but today I will make an exception.

I don’t know these 2 Doofs but they can’t do that. Too ignorant, inexperienced, insecure, fragile and weak for this outdated gadget not to be seen through. Black women are everything, ESPECIALLY beautiful !! All kinds of beautiful too, so to hear that?!? Of them?!? Lol that’s laughable .. but it’s not.

These idiots know that most podcasts can’t take off or gain traction without the love OR hate of black women. Both act like fuel. It is nothing more than a cheap and tasteless one-day payday uprising. Words don’t match actions, if you hate them, do it without them. Skip the topic. Don’t have them as guests (you clearly don’t know how to greet them). Do not respond to convos to them. Say no to every dollar / view / like / download / subscription generated directly or indirectly by them, then I’ll believe you. It’s just pure laziness (among other things). If you can’t find a fun / creative way to be inclusive or to discuss dating, come back to the drawing board. I’m going to skip the self-hate lecture and just be glad they’re so easy to spot.

And finally, yes… we love “Shaniqua” and “Buquiesha” (LaKanya is a personal favorite ☺️)

I see why they hate that some of you have microphones !!! Smh “
