This Morning’s Phillip Schofield surprised as Cheeky Girls shares surprise new job

Phillip Schofield was stunned when The Cheeky Girls shared his new work on This Morning.
The 60-year-old broadcaster presented Wednesday’s edition of ITV’s flagship daytime programme, alongside Holly Willoughby. The hosts interviewed the Romanian popstars, who rose to fame with their rendition of the song Cheeky on Popstars: The Rivals in 2002.
Gabriela and Monica Irimia didn’t make it past the audition stage, but released the single the following year on the Party Time album. The sisters appeared on the show as they prepare to release a new single called Lets Have Fun to commemorate two decades since they first appeared on television.

The interview was rocked by chaos after the Cheeky Girls arrived at the former ITV studio. However, the sisters ran through London and made it the current studio just in time for the conversation.
Phil was shocked during the interview when The Cheeky Girls explained that they had also forged a career selling cars. They said, “Do you think we should have a plan B?
“Should we try to do something else so that we both have progressed in the car business. Phil was surprised by the revelation and discovered that the sisters worked for Hyundai and BMW.
They added: “Sometimes you’d have a customer and they’d buy a vehicle. When the discount comes around they ask if I know you? ‘Oh my god you’re one of the Cheeky Girls. I just bought a car to a Cheeky Girl.”
This Morning airs weekdays from 10am on ITV and ITV Hub
